Description
As a member of the IT Team in Kenya, reporting to the Head of IT for RSSA, the primary focus of the IT Voice Management Support/Divisional assistant task is to:
-Ensure the reduction of mobile and fixed voice expenses
-Administrate all Voice related tasks
- Handsets
- Desk phones
- Sim cards/subscriptions
- Accessories
- Billing
- Scheduling meetings on behalf of VP
- Daily management of action log and follow up.
- Acknowledging receipt of correspondence and indicating action to recipients
- Effective routing of queries to relevant parties
- Minutes of meeting (when required)
- Responsible for travel arrangements
- Deals with communication on behalf of the Vice President of the division with company seniors and external executives
- Responsible for the updating and maintaining of the team's information on the RSSA Intranet site Filing and organizing all documents for the VP
- Handling VP expense claims
- Daily co-ordination with the management team for IT
- All other ad hoc duties as required
- Adherence to internal administration processes
- General administrative duties
Qualifications
Required education
- Matric/equivalent.
- Secretarial qualification
Required experience and knowledge
- Basic financial knowledge
- Ericsson knowledge
- Knowledge on the operation of the Ericsson Telephony Cost Control system (ETCC, future requirement)
